Great gym in jamnagar....
Firstly because it has two separate places (floors) for fitness based workout, bodybuilding based workouts respectively!nTrainers are fairly good and also the other staff members .nI could find machines for almost all the workouts i have tried and more .nOther most important thing i found is a steam bath which is pretty good .nnThis is my go to gym whenever in jamnagar

The trainer will help you only if you have paid for personal trainer. otherwise it's like you need to learn everything from youtube. that's kind of unfair.
