Great place to workout , trainers are polite and humble , which is absent in most gyms nowdays. Sunday remains open, an added bonus for working professionals who miss their workout due to work commitments.

All machines need upgrade. Old methods and mentality persists. This is the third generation in gym business.

After searching a lot of gyms .i got One of the best gym in Jamnagar .. best of it was the positive attitude started from reception with cooperative trainers always helpful and smiling attitude.
