Thts what they give worth 100rs...kesar Badam milk, having only colour of kesar nothing else...
I have ordered swiss brownie thickshake and they served the same but the Swiss chocolate which was added was very sour in taste and it had already crossed it's expiry date . When I complained about the same they checked and realised that chocolate was already spoiled in their fridge. They accepted their mistake and agreed to replace my thickshake. But what they did was they just took my glass of thickshake in kitchen , have removed the Swiss chocolate which was mixed in my thickshake and replaced it my dairy milk...this was ridiculous....entire shake and milk was tasting sour because of sour taste of spoiled swiss chocolate and instead of completely replacing my shake, they just replaced the chocolate....even they didn't changed the glass. I should have rated zero for such behaviour.
Horrible customer service, explicitly rude staff
Good food + provide quality products I personally prefer that if you looking for a milkshake and thick shake in Jamnagar you should visit this place.
The worst shake I had in my life. It was sour. I ordered KitKat but taste was sour instead of sweet. Bad experience second time. Previously the staff made it too sweet this time sour... I guess staff needs proper training. Giving 2 stars for ambience only.. I hope people take it in positive manner and will improve.
