Sonbhadra railway station (known as Robertsganj railway station until March 2018) is a small railway station in Sonbhadra district, Uttar Pradesh. It's new code is SBDR. It serves Robertsganj town. The station consists of two platforms.

Sonbhadra(SBDR) railway station is a small railway station at Sonbhadra district Uttar pradesh. Formaly knowns as Robertsganj (RBGJ) railway station. Singal line track but second line and electrification work are going under process. Very soon it became double rail line route and electric line route. Sonbhadra railway station comes under Allahabad railway division.NCR zone. The station consists of two platforms. The platforms are well sheltered. It has many facilities including water and sanitation. Currently electrification work is being done along with survey to connect it to Varanasi and Deen dayal upaddhyay junction (formerly mughalsarai jn) to reduce rush from these stations. The station is connected to major cities like Delhi, Kolkata, Lucknow, Jammu, Ranchi, Patna, Jabalpur, and Bhopal.
