The parcel is not open for 24 hours ! Yes You got it right . The parcel office is opened from Mon. to Sat. only 10AM to 5PM. The cloak room is opened for 24 hours. There is a difference , if you have your parcel booked on ticket then its open for 24 hrs. But if your parcel is not booked by ticket you can get only between limited time . It is quite frustrating as i have been a seeker of this problem personally ! Need of Improvement . as per my advice . And they are very helpful as you can't contact them by any means /internet/phone no. etc
