Gym is located main road side and road is normally congested especially in the evening hours. So parking is an issue for 4 wheelers. Gym is just like any other gym not special types. The attendant didn't show the gym and it was self service. Not sure about trainers available there as I didn't get a chance to meet them . Check some other good gyms nearby before you finalize.

Nice I have been there for 2 months... Gym is nice not bad and not the best too... But it's good for the price... That is starting from 1200 for a month and it has other plans also ...

Black Rock Gym is by far, the best gym in Ambala City! Particularly love its environment and the training equipment. Highly Recommended! Affordable Packages!
