I got hair smoothening a few days ago on the day of my hair smoothening they treated me very well and also they charged too much money for the same after 2 days when i go there for my hair wash they told me to wait for 10-15 minutes. I waited for an hour but no one was there to attend me. The lady over the reception she has no manners at all how to treat a customer or how to behave. I’m calling them to ask some products for my hair but now they are avoiding my phone calls. The whole staff is untrained. I highly recommend not to go at Looks salon. Worst place worst people ever. I’m completely disappointed with the services.

I Observed that some persons there doesn’t have that skill what they show off, especially Mr. Rihan, Frankly telling he’s a FUKRA kind of a person. One of my hair professional friend was with me, we observed him, and trust me we concluded that he knows nothing, I am surprised to see such a FAKE SKILL SHOW OFF person to see in such a good salon.nA Tip for You Mr. Rihan, enhance your skill, don’t act that you know everything, we are the reason you get your salary. Thank You

I got hair straightening done in 2018 so i thought to visit the same place again for hair cut but this time the staff at reception including one lady were poorly trained. When i entered and told them that i want a hair cut they asked me to wait backstage which was the place for men's saloon. I deally they shud have told me to go upstairs which is reserved for women services as i know from my past experience. It happened today 11:30 am. I request all of u to observe such biased treatment. I question why did they ask me to sir in men's services area where there was no women customer downstairs. I went upstairs and saw one female which i suppose was their customer. Bad and ill trained staff. Personally i will not visit that place again n suggest all fair treatment customers to do the same.

I got hair botox by Mr.Aman. The results are amazing. I am completely satisfied.

It was not upto the mark. Better services are provided at contemporary Geetanjali Saloon
