Not professional at all...booked a bridal makeup but they don't bother to update me on the status of my booking...got to know that their MUA is sick and the salon didn't bother to update me....when called to get updates was told the alternative... since I was not convinced with the given alternative I ask for my refund from the front desk but he blatantly refused and disconnect the call.... called at the salon thrice after that but no one is taking the call.... Never expected such unprofessional behaviour from such a big name.... classic case of Unchi dukaan feeke pakwan...

I am finally writing this review after using a number of services at this salon. I got keratin hair treatment, Olaplex treatment done by Mr Sartaj. I had smart bond treatment done before as well by Mr. Sartaj. He did a commendable job as well as provided all the information and cleared all my doubts about the hair treatment and I was impressed by the haircut as well . He did exactly what I asked for. Nothing more. Nothing less. I would definitely recommend him and he has now become my go to person for hair services in Sonipat. Shikha also did a good job in assisting him.nMrs Savita and Neeraj are also very good at what they do. I got my eyebrows done by Mrs. Savita at several occasions.nAlso I’d like to say that you can trust this salon to never give you any wrong information about anything.
