I joined with a lot of hope even after reading the remote location and the substandard work culture of the place just because my HR convinced me to believe something else but had a horrifying experience. Believe me, the office is located in a remote place, which is lonely and terrifying with no shops and markets at all nearby. Also, there aren't any proper medical facilities that you can avail of nearby. No job security, no management. Payment is mostly delayed with unnecessary payment deductions. If you are aiming for a better salary and proper growth, never go for this company because at the end of the day you won't find any and also lose your mental peace interacting with these people.

VisionRInCompany gives full salary with yearly appraisal of their employee's during lockdown period. VisionRI gives was Health Mediclaim insurance all employees with family coverage during Covid 19 period. Awesome company.

Join only if you wanna compromise with your mental health and mess up your working ethics. This place is messed up with substandard staff. Salary is not on time and faced a lot of problems to get my last month salary. Also, don't expect a good experience letter from them.
