First one time the washing was good and for the second time it was average and the third time they seemed to have just ironed it and deliver it. When I informed the concerned person that the clothes, bed sheets, towels are not clean at all he just ignored me, I even asked him to come and visit my place and I will show him all but he wasn't concerned at all and kept arguing.nAll over experience was not at all good....nthe last order was for 15.07 kg clothes woeth Rupees 1070 for washing and ironing but it seemed only ironing was done.nRequesting you to improve the quality of your service.nRegards,nRajdeep

I wish there was an option to rate below 1. Very poor services, would not recommend anyone because they simply wash clothes instead of dry cleaning she charging for dry cleaning without caring for your clothes.nAlso the owner is extremely rude and not at all apologetic for his mistakes and your damage.

The is the worst down-market laundry service i have ever used(been getting my laundry done through a service for 8 years now). The responder to the customer service calls is not just rude, but abusive and unethical. They did not deliver my laundry in time, did not pick it up in time and to top it, i am missing a shirt, one lost its color and missing singular socks... The guy at the store has nothing to say about it and hurls abuses if anything. I would strongly recommend against using this service and this is coming from a person who seldom gives negative reviews.
