Rude dealing with customer. one of my patient required a leg brace so we bought from Gupta medical and took 3 different sizes so that whatever suits will be bought and paid and the rest returned we did as decided an all of a sudden gupta medical called us stating that we have taken out the free gift from the boxes which was 2 cheep hand sanatizer 50 ML bottles we told them that we have no idea what he's talking about still he blamed us for taking out those cheep hand sanatizer 50 ML bottles worth10 bucks it was very flustrating we could not ask our costomer if they have taken out those cheep hand sanatizer 50 ML bottles so we bought two bottles worth10 bucks and put it back but hated the fact that gupta medical directly put a blame on us which was very flustrating.
