Very bad service and totally used abusing language with customer. ...some days ago i purchased a scooter for Bharat automobile they charged me extra Money ...they said its complentry to do this without this we can't give u the scooter very bad service ..... After that i told this to customer care executive he told me we can't find any dealership in kathua ..... This will show the face of honda ......very disappointed with Honda 2 wheeler team ......

Not cooperative and greedy owner.nForce you to buy insurance from them at higher prices and least interested in customer service.

No generator.nNo washing facility.nNo availability of spare parts.nThey take extra charges for washing vehicle in the service but didn't provide washing.nHonda should open more service centre in kathua for healthy competition.

Kindly dont visit this workshop.nthey don't provide good service and there mechanics are not technically sound .nThis is first workshop I visit where staff complaint to customer about the non serious attitude of the owner.
