The store is good but the customer experience isn't due to the impunity of the staff. It is a single brand retail store for patanjali. Also the products are really nice and are made in India so I suggest giving them a try. They are investing hugely on public and social causes. So promote Swadeshi. The proprietors do hesitate a lot in giving bill for the purchase and even straightaway decline the request which needs to be pondered upon. Also the staff is a bit rude and lacks professional ethics. They do misbehave so beware that you might not be treated the way a customer is to be treated. The level of ignorance among the staff I think is due to the fact that they are the biggest Patanjali store in the town. They have to learn what professionalism is and mend their ways or else it won't remain the biggest store for a long time.
