The station has three platforms and three tracks.nBut the parking space is very les compared to the nearest same level stations,nSince the station was built in 1898, Kasaragod was a prime destination due to its easy access to the nearest fort Bekalfort.

Nice, it’s my district and overall our India railways r always good platform becoz it’s ours. Railway station has less peoples to board so authorities r not much concern about development of kasaragod railway station than kozhikode/kannur etc..., only a negative is we can’t find a single shop mostly in night times if passengers r thirsty or any.

Station and services are good except parking.nnThere is enough parking space and that pay n park fascility is run by bunch of Robbers (കൊള്ളക്കാരൻമ്മാർ)
