Air India Express Office

Kindly note this office at Lalbaugh has shut 6 months back and is shifted to Mangalore international Airport. Don't unnecessarily go to this location and waste your time the way I did. The Airline doesn't even have the basic courtesy to update the location online on Google. In every possible ways, they just try to cause inconvenience to the general public, that's how insensitive their mindset is.

Wondering if there is lesser than one stars rating. One of the worst Customer service and airlines are old with no facilities. This airlines should be given a big 0 for overall rating.

We traveled from mumbai to Manglore 7days back Now we are covid positive. Airline has not manage it's cleaning process

Very poor service and nobody responds whenever we call to their customers service number

Office is shifted to kenjar and not updated. There is no contact number.
