McDonald's India

Take it from someone who has regularly been to McDonald's across more than 5 states in last couple years, this is the worst McDonald's in the central India, no doubt why it got rated below 4. The staff took my order wrong even after me showing the menu item with picture on my phone. They refused to give me benefits of the official McDonald's app which is valid for all the McDonald's outlets all over the world. They don't even know how to properly prepare an item. I've ordered 2 Hazelnut brownies with hot choco fudge and they managed to fail at assembling such a simple menu item. The staff has no coordination at all, one person was saying app will be considered, second person saying otherwise.nThe burger was soggy and crumbled. Fries was okay but they have no other option except regular plain fries.nThis is the first time I'm writing this for a McDonald's but definitely a no go place from my side. Not worth it!

Nothing added in taste, when Tomato was higher they removed tomatoes from the burger and since they not served with tomato, however increased the cost as well day by day getting worst experience...

Went here with my friends at around 10.00 pm , but surprisingly nothing was out of stock. The staff was really cooperative and they helped me out in my online order booking. Yes the order is now made online by the customers themselves to avoid contact with the staff. The taste was also good.

Good food but they need to upgrade the menu compared to Mumbai

Visited it during the Corona times. The place is ok. Cleaned after every table gets empty. Food quality is the standard McDonald's. There's ample seating space available. One thing that I didn't like about it, the beggars. Sometimes, they come inside the restaurant and beg for food, and that makes the experience horrible. Even the staff does not stop them from coming in.
