I am giving one star for the following reasons -n1. Safety measures or social distancing for COVID-19 not followed properly. It should be strictly followed as they are serving food and it puts customers in high risk of getting infection.nn2. Food was served cold and tasted stale.nn3. Service was really slow and the staff & owner seemed completely disinterested in the customers. It seemed they are sitting there only to make money.nn4. Prices have been increased but food quality has been degraded. You can find better food quality in comparatively cheaper restaurants in similar range, with more variety in the menu.nnVolga used to be my favourite restaurant around 2013-14, but now it is highly disappointing and need lots and lots of improvement in its menu,food, and service quality.nWouldn't recommend at all, especially not for youngsters and foodies.

Run by a Sardar, the hotel is a good one.nWe had mutton dishes for lunch and it was great. The hotel is clean, tidy with good friendly staff.

I tried Chicken Biryani as Tandoori section was available after 6:00 PM.ud83dude0aud83dude0aud83dude0anChicken Biriyani was good and well cooked.nI loved it.ud83dudc4d

Never order mutton pulav....I just ordered through swiggy..and I'm damn sure it was veal(calf meat)...Worst ever experience in Gwalior

Nice arrangements for sitting and environment is also pretty good. Food is bit expensive but taste pretty good. Good place for dine out while it also gives takeaway.
