This fort is a glimpse of the royal and majestic past of Raisen.nThough in ruins, the remnants are indicative of a balanced mix of strength of the fortress and beauty of the palace.nThe strategically located and built fortress depicts military thought process and planning.nnBe prepared to climb up 200 odd steps and have two to three hours to roam around and appreciate the design. If you reach there by 2 p.m., you can easily wind up after enjoying the beautiful sunset.
