I have no idea as to why have people rated it so high. The place is nothing but useless. We went there for a day long outing hoping to play some games and enjoy ourselves. But it was a bad idea.nnFirstly, they'll make you pay advance so that you cannot back out even once you've seen the place. The place has nothing when it comes to amenities. There is a small swimming pool which can be used by only 1 group at a time. The rain dance thing doesn't work. The games offered are cricket, volleyball and badminton (with no rackets for badminton).nnThe food is okay. It's just edible. But not worth the money. There are different places to sit out in the open but it's too hot and there are no fans/coolers provided. Probably it's not meant for summers.nnThe only good thing is, you can wander around the property and click pictures. Even then it is a total waste of time.

Hey, I went there for my birthday and my birthday was ruined. I paid huge amount of money & check out in the night itself because of the worst service, ignorable staff. I'm trying to get my half of my refund for which I'm trying to reach out to the owner but he's making excuses. We booked the place for 24 hours but didn't even stay there for 10 hours. Please don't waste money. We're still struggling to get our money back. We've all the proves of how things went there with us and we'll surely take an action against them so that they can not fool other people in the future

Believe every positive thing you read about this wonderful place and the location is unbeatable. Another best experience. This is the all time favourite place for a weekend getaway in Bhopal. Worth of the each rupee that you spend. A real nice staff people and a beautiful ambience. A must visit if you're making plans for a get together real time soon. Kudos to the staff.
