I ordered flowers over the phone from Collierville,TN. ( 5 months ago) for a family funeral and I don't know how I missed doing that review, Pat was very professional and eager to assist me, I didn't have the delivery location of the funeral home or church so I had them sent to the home, Pat called me back the next day with all of that info and was able to deliver to the church on time and date. My family was very pleased and said the flowers were fresh and absolutely beautiful. Today I ordered another plant and again Ms Pat was helpful with choosing the perfect arrangement, I have no doubt that it will arrive on time and be just as beautiful as the last...Thank you again, for your kind spirit and professionalismnKathleen

Usually do a good job. They didn't deliver my order today for my girlfriends Mother's Day gift and the phone has been off the hook since before noon.

They were amazing it was my first time ordering flowers and nobody would do it when I was calling at 11:30 am, and they did! So helpful super nice when I called for a ETA . Love love love will definitely get my business again!!!
