Very bad service, unprofessional behaviour, untrend machenics, unavailability of parts and rude behaviour of manager. I insist not to visit this outlet in case of emergency.

Very prompt service tendered.nMy Duke 390's battery died en route & had to be towed to the SVC, the svc manager realised our emergency & gave us priority, fixed the bike, managed to procure battery in no time.nVery thankful for the service! ud83dudc4d

Very pathetic service. Not helpful at all. I had to pick my bike from their showroom. I tried calling them more than 40-50times but no one answered. Very disappointed with ktm satara.
