Resort is good, but not look like pictures send from Resort. Food is to bed, Break Fast is ok .nI suggest Never go In Sherbaug The Theme park.

Sherbaug is a Theme Park Resort, in Panchgani, Wai. The heritage party was originally owned by the queen of Indore Her Highness Chimnabai Holkar. Once it was a summer holiday palace. Designed in architecture influenced to a great extent by the British, built in 1910 AD. One of the best place with Thematic Stay Like Tree Houses, Cottages, Deluxe Rooms, Tents, Rain Dance And Lot More. The ambience is nice and a good place for stay. The place a has small collection of antique item, valuable collection, cactus garden, water park, etc.

The problem of this place is - money minded hospitality. When you check in you will have to pay deposit (even though you have fully paid room charges on make my trip). This is like old days, staying in lodge - as if we are going to break something or loot something. Then, when ever you order food again you need to pay right away. Most funny thing is - when you ask for bonfire, person will ask you to pay 300 right away. Then he will give woods as if he is giving diamond. so less in qnt. fire will last only for an hour!! Then you repeat 300 - like Jio phone recharge!!nCottages - no kettle, no wardrob, no proper TV, no Wifi, no heater. Worst is bed - they call it couple bed but actually its just 3.5 feet/4 feet wide bed. they provide just one blanket in it. So you cant sleep comfortably. If you ask anything - they will ask money!!nSo, none of the charges are added at reception. plus you pay deposit - feels like entering in to hospital rather than in hotel.nFurther, staff is not cordial even after paying money. Cheap lodge it is not a resort. Be careful.

Awesome place to visit with family and friends. Had a great time. Food is fantastic. Service can be better and faster. The Ambience midst the nature is enjoyable. The other activities like horror house has to be improved. The horror house was not scary at all the song played there in the pendrive was 'Anarkali Disco Chali' .The laughing house is okay. The Fossil collection in the Fossil Park is good but if it would be maintained it definitely will be a value addition. Waterfall is the best . The water is too cold but still is awesome. At the entry there is bare feet walk which is very unique. The tents are very spacious and nice . The manager 'SULTAN' was of great help.The tent cleaning service was good. The bonfire is must to do if you go in tent.
