Staff is very very rude .. I was trying to make appointment for my mom. First for to make an appointment you have to call between 11am to 2pm. Most of the time the no. Is busy . There is no other no. To make contact. After wasting our time on calls for so long ( more than hour) they told us that appointments for today and tomorrow are full and it is totally justifiable but for to make appointment next to next day we have to call again is the stupidest thing I even heard . We are also busy ,we are already wasting our work time . Plus this thing happened more than twice we tried to talk it out with staff but they very rudely rejected telling all the Satara District ppl comes to their clinic ... Seems the Dr. Jagatap Sir is too busy to look after his rude staff..Because of worst staff experience I am already shifting to another Dr. I really don't know about the treatment and Dr. Jagatap's consultancy . Thanks to their rude staff we have already wasted our enough time .

Reaching there is not a issue. But you have to wait for an hour for your number. Dr. Jagtap is very professional person. Getting such doctor in city like Satara is unbelievable.

Worst service, very rude staff. They don't no how to speak with patient. Poor management Long waiting queue you need to wait at list 3 to 4 hours. Worst experience. I recommend please look some other option.

Gives wrong information to the patients and so costly...no change after treatment just waste of money...he is good for other treatments but worst for pimples....very disappointing
