Very bad ride from Mumbai to bhuj,nnStaff was unprofessional and very rude, falcon bus is focused on only parcel service not focus on customers satisfaction.nnVery bumpy ride and 3rd class service, many 30min halt in only Mumbai for parcel service, no halt for dinner and washroomnnplease don't use falcon bus service

Many type of bus can take from here like Mumbai to Gujrat Rajasthan and other parts of Maharashtra

For cargo it's very bad ... When we already pay for transportation still they ask money while collecting and they even ask for extra money to load in out personal car ... Really very very bad never again go for this falcon

If there was an option for 0 star then I would have given that. My mother traveled with them and they didnt treat her well. They were drinking and driving the bus. No stops for dinner and they would stop in middle of night for hours delaying the bus. Worst part they didnt drop her at the stop as suggested in ticket instead they dropped her somewhere far in a road full of trucks which was nothing like a stop or place to drop passengers especially females plus they wouldn't tell us the exact address of the stop. Shame on them to treat passengers like this. Severe action should be taken against them as they dont make females feel safe. Shame on them and there bus service.
