My firm and I are UK based. Ahura have been our exclusive supplier of travel services in India since 2005. They’ve organised family vacations as well as urgent business travel for us and we/I simply wouldn’t turn to anyone else as nothing seems to be too difficult or beyond their experience. Trusted like a close member of our family. I just don’t know why I hadn’t reviewed earlier!!

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE (Intentionally written in bold) with regards to being charged for UK visa for an infant.nnFirst of all their representative was of no good at the visa consulate office. He didn’t help us at all. We had to figure out everything. When I received the receipt after the visa procedures, I realised I have been overcharged. When I confronted the person handling it and their representative, both agreed to the amount being charged as excess. However, I did not receive refund for more than 9 months. I had to follow up with them. Their accounts person too made false promises. Finally, when they realised that I will not be giving up, I was refunded nearly only half the amount as accordingly to ‘their accounts’ that’s what needs to be returned.nnThe amount might have been a very small one. here the QUESTION IS OF ETHICS IN BUSINESS AND HOW YOU TREAT YOUR CUSTOMER, where Ahura Travels havs completely lost it’s position. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND IT TO ANYONE..

Extremely professional woth a good and hard-working team, had planned my honeymoon to Boracay and singapore the bookings were well planned the hotels were perfect, pickups were organised , visa was taken care of, flight tickets were at competitive rate couldnt ask for anything more the whole trip was perfect and the best one so far.nI definitely recommend ahura travels for a pleasant trip which is well planned.

Slightly off. Go to Giriraj industrial estate, B wing, climb up a few steps and it'll be on your right.
