0 stars.nPlease don't waste your money at this store. I bought a pair of loafers from here and after just two wears they started to tear from the toe area of both shoes. It turns out that the design of the shoe is such that the toe area touch the ground when you walk.nUpon bringing ny complaint, they replied that these shoes are driving shoes they don't recommend walking in them. I could not believe my ears that there are shoes which are not meant for walking.nThey took no responsibility for the flawed design and i was left with the Choice of accepting the loss of money and wearing torn shoes.nThe customer service if inc 5 is abismal.nnI wish i could rate it 0 stars

My mom bought sandal on 28th October and she used it twice since then. We see product is very old and its pasting is coming out. Sandal is looking like it got used for 1years. We are loyal customer of inc5 and I strongly urge to visit palladium showroom instead Oberoi mall. We feel cheated.
