This place is in Underground floor of a building which is a hall for events, etc. Ofcourse it's a police canteen and the atmosphere is good. This is just like any other supermarket like Big bazaar and Reliance Mart except, it's only for police. The Staff working here is nice and they are really helpful. Going to rate it 4 star because they need to improve little on the infrastructure. But it's not a problem for shopping.

This is common canteen for state and central govt. police.Its a subsidised canteen so prices are less than MRP. There is substancial saving compared to malls and other supermarket.standard quality and well known brand are sold here.For entry and bill payment ID proof is necessary.Now days during Covid-19 mask is compulsory.It is near to dadar (east) railway station, bus stand. Drop down at hindmata bus stop which is near to canteen.5 min walkable distance.nCanteen is situated below multipurpose community hall belong to police dept. You will find every daily -house hold grocery,cloths,footware ,plastic furniture and electrical -electronics products in canteen.Warranty-guarantee cards are also filled and signed carefully after purchase. Staff is very cooperative humble and soft spoken.They ensure good service to the customers. Parking for two wheeler is easy compared to four wheeler. You can find taxi easily.It is usually crowded hence long waiting ques are normally there. During festival and dates from 10th to 25th of every month more people visit canteen.Though 3-4 billing counters are there, you find all flooded with customers. Drinking water facility and washroom for customer seems to be unavailable. Avoid small kids for this reason. Also not enough space for kids to play around.nApart from this one can find old BDD chawls and buildings to see. Nearby there is famous market for sarees, special clothing store for bride and grooms etc.Big famous hospitals like Global, KEM, Wadia and Tata .
