I admited in the hospital for ACL surgery and during sugery dr identified some other complications like miniscus repair and some other things which are more technical but overall surgery went well.nnMy sugery was done by Dr Jayesh gala and assisting Dr Arpit Dave, Anesthetic Dr Vidya gauri and I must say that I was feeling in safe hands even in the operation theatre as I hardly feel any pain or discomfort considering this is the first time I step in any hospital so thanks for all the Dr and support staff present in operation theatre..nnMost important part of any operation is cost involved however I appreciate the way Aishwarya mam who takes care of billing department hadled my TPA as she made sure all the bills are sent to my insurance company due to which I got 100% coverage of my knee surgery which is almost like a miracle as DR and Aishwarya mam able to convince all the bills vere genuine and mandatory for acl sugery which is why I didn't have to spent any hamount from my own pocket other than non medical things...so hats off to sai krip a and all the doctors involved including support staff..nnOnly drawback that I see in hospital is there is no lift which is more of infrastructure related issue and not any staff related issue however stracher was arranged during the discharged and I came home safely that's more important..
