Gym space is good,nEquipments are ok. But needs maintenance.nAlways crowed.nCrowd is also ok.nParking is very tough on peak hours.nFew trainers lack professionalism.nTrainers will only care about u, if you take personal training.nHousekeeping staff is good.

Lovely atmosphere. Filled with motivated individuals who are looking to change for the better. That's more than you need when you drag your lazy bum to the gym. Trainers are helpful and interact actively. I was there for a brief period of time although if you're looking to get a personal trainer I would recommend a certain trainer by the name of Leon. Good workout regime with plenty variations to get your blood pumping. However, the equipment is also standard and well maintained.nPS : It sucks when you're on the treadmill and the electricity goes off and you have to stop with a jerk. Pretty much how life treats all of us at times.
