A very good gymnasium with the trainer's guidance and modern weight management equipment and guidance. This is specifically good for office staff around this area, and for people who are health freaks.

Landline number gets routed to a mobile number which is mostly switched off.nnThe gym promised the entire all-inclusive yearly package in some amount but welcome kit was denied later stating it is given to only old members. This was not clarified earlier at the time of marketing talks.nnLike 'Old is Gold'. This welcome kit only for old members a very silly and cheap policy, if it exists. Why would the old members need it when they were already given welcome kits when they joined? It should be paid for them and as a token of new member appreciation and welcoming, should be given to new members with some respect.nnSecondly, I am the Managing Director of my company and requested them to send offer emails to my staff. It has been two months and still no email has gone to them.nnTowels are not provided, lockers have jammed doors, and most of them are locked and cannot be used for no reasons. There is no bodywash in the bathrooms. Washroom stinks.nnOverall Gold Gym has lost its charm due to the cost-cutting and sub-standard staff who are not courteous and do not live up to their commitments.

They saying gyz was closed since last 15 days just to maintain AC what e hell hell this is shocking and none of them answering the phone ...won't recommend anyone ever ti go with qube or any gold gym.

Don't have options to rate it below one star. The worst gold's gym facility I would guess. Been here for the first time as my Kandivali branch was under maintenance. first impressions very small....infact I would rate 3/10 on terms of size of the gym. The ambience is very dull. The equipment's are outdated and some are even damaged, 2treadmill, 3spinning cycle are broken. In literal sense broken. The weight section is so small that you may end up hurting your self by someone else or you would hurt someone. There is no Steam.....that's such a outdated things, even small local gyms have steam room these days. Overall all the equipment's are under maintained. Don't know how do they even get new membership. My mood to workout was completely dead and left within half an hour. Gold's gym if you are listening this branch is ruining your reputation....knock knock.
