Excellent place to be if you are serious abt your health and body. Niyati & Divya are excellent training instructors and understand the gradual approach to one's fitness regime. I have had an enriching experience and would recommend this gym v strongly for those who want to being a change in their lives.

Hands down, best choice I’ve made training at Curves Fitness. VERY friendly team who make me actually want to go train. Good training sessions and amazing trainers to guide you on your body type as well as diet plans. They take each client very seriously and guide them with precision. They plan customised work outs for everyone according to their body type and health issues which is commendable, and moreover being a women's gym it's comfortable to workout with ease!

Highly recommended even though they managed to make me reduce the amount of coffee I have in a day!nnI love the general atmosphere and the focus on improving fitness rather than achieving dream weight goals in record time. The best part is that they're on your side in this whole endeavour. I also like the varying age groups and workouts tailored to individual needs. The trainers are knowledgeable and rock solid. Literally. I stand steady in the knowledge that if I fall, I'll hurt my head.
