Very small gym with limited equipments. Ground floor has 3 treadmills near the entrance. There is a warm-up room available for aerobic exercises. First floor contains workout machine but all machines are very close to each other. It feels crowded with just 7-8 people working out in the weights area.

Awesome GYM I have workout there from past 2 years there are 3 trainers teach well and gym open at 6 o'clock and i always go at morning batch

Best part is opens at 6am in morning n shuts at 11.30 pm. AC will be shut most of the times. Instructor are good, rush is there all d time. Cheap compare to other gym n facilities they provide. Music will be playing on high volume at peek hours.nWon't expect professionalism and gym etiquettes from people come to this gym.
