PATHETIC service. Big frauds. Sent me the wrong order on the wrong day, old flowers, not fresh at all. I ordered 20 roses, multi colour in a basket with greens, there was no basket, no greens and only 15 roses that too so withered. Their phone number doesn't work. Continuously says that they cannot receive incoming calls. I sent multiple emails with my complaint, still they never gave me the correct order neither did they give me a refund for messing my order. Please never order from them. They take your money and give you very bad quality flowers. Terrible florists!nnResponse to owner's message: Yes, I have checked. I purchased from your website yesterday only and even got a response that my order will be delivered. You can check your account and your email id. Everything is there.

Terrible service, said on the email that they delivered the flowers at 6 pm yesterday, got a call at 6 am today and that too what came up were dirty day or two old flowers. Sad condition really. Asked for a complete different bouquet, got withered flowers instead. Would not reccomend. Neither is anyone picking up to answer the call, nor is there any effort for a refund.
