I have ordered 2 flower bouquet from here and in the end the delivered product is completely different and doesn't even match 10% of the quality as described/shown. They charge heavily but are worst in craftsmanship if compared to local vendor's.nnI wonder what happiness they achieve when they deceive customers who want to send something out of love, feelings are crushed!nnTotal DISAPPOINTMENT!!

I have been buying/sending flowers from your shop for years and those I have sent flowers to say they are beautiful and last. Well, for my birthday two weeks ago, I received two arrangements - a half dozen roses from my husband and a large arrangement from my daughter and family that live on the Sunshine Coast. Both were BEAUTIFUL. The roses lasted more than a week and the other arrangement lasted two days short of two weeks. I enjoyed the beauty of these flowers as did my family and friends. I will continue to visit your shop whenever I need to send flowers. I am sure I have made it clear to my family that YOU ARE THE BEST!
