Not ready to give medicine based on soft copy of prescription from doctor during these times. They want us to visit doctor and get a hard copy prescription ud83dude03

Whenever I needed the medicine urgently they have managed to sent me quickly. In few case particular stock was not available as it's not commonly used unless medicine, they couldn't manage to get it on time. There must be option within wellness internally that they can make the same med available from nearest wellness store. This Will help them to increase customer trust. Why to wait for distributor to supply for the same

Whenever I visit their shop, they waste much of my time searching for medicine. The service is really very slow and if someone calls for medicine, he would get priority over your personal visit for buying medicine. For home delivery, they are pathetic. I have not been delivered medicines even after 3 days which I got noted with them despite their promise to get it delivered in 1day. They might be thinking that discount or range of medicines their USP, but there are many medical shops which offers the both. Online option is always available but they deliver medicines in 2 days. These guys can also deliver the same in 2-3days so what is the point in ordering from them.

They distinguish people in providing discount. The policy is not common for every one. Also some pharmacist provide discount of 15-20% and online one can get even better discount but they will provide you only 10 %.
