I went there at morning 6am to take 5medicines they gave it to me at 6.30am.. The staff is very slow. They don't understand what the customer is asking for... The store may b working only bcz it's the only option at night when other stores r not functioning.. Very very bad service... Staff attitude is poor... Better one should go to small medical stores which could b functioning at late nights

After waiting for 4 hour they delivered the medicine at the wrong address.It was for a covid patient I completely understand that the delay is due to lack of delivery personnel but even after waiting for 4 hrs this is completely not acceptable specially when we placed the order at 9:00 am and delivery was made at 12:40 am after the patient was asleep waiting for medication to arrive.Please do not hesitate to arrange for someone who could collect medicines because they are extremely unprofessional.

I wanted to get mediceines for my mother on Sept 7 and was denied the meds as i was asking on behalf of Mumbai port trust agreement.I was told agreement has been ended which was not the truth when i verified. The staff was inattentive to my concerns and not at all professional.

Extremely slow service. Take more than 4 hours to deliver medicines within 500 metre radius. Staff attitude very poor
