Delicious waffles

Had ordered an espresso shot. The cup had a lipstick mark on it (unwashed). No apologies received. Staff behaviour was not professional. They were giggling within themselves near the counter and having the blame game done when we showed them the lipstick mark. Also odered for black tea , where one order taker said its not available and in few minutes another server came and said its available. They are not aware what they have in stock.

I went over there with my friend and we wanted to have the monsoon special menu. The service was good but the monsoon menu was so bad that we had to return the whole dish back. They didn't make the food properly. And when we told it's an issue they were arguing with us. Normally tea villa is very good and friendly. This outlet wasn't that friendly.

Visiting InOrbit after more than a year was pleasantly surprised to see this. Large, well served pleasant staff. Tried their lemon tea. Chilled with bit of mint. Lack of time so couldn't try out snacks. But an oasis amongst the bustle of the mall.

The service in this branch of tea villa was very slow. That is because there were only two people in the waiting staff who kept on staring off in the space. The ambience was really good. Not to mention that the place is right near the back entrance. The lasagna was a bit weird. The pasta wasn't cooked well and the sauce wasn't mixed properly. Once side tasted extremely salty while the other side tasted bland. They need to improve a lot. I still prefer the Kandivali branch above all.
