Good for buying stationary as gift. Just discovered one product Unplug, nicely done. A must buy. Thinking aloud...Can be an entry product to Exp the Brand n possible conversion route.nnOne of my favourite brands.nnSuggestion basis staff interaction to brand:n3 reasons why T1 William Penn store guys can allow customers to take picsnn1. They will promote browse n might promote products.. Like unplug.n2. Can make them more attentive in handling store upkeep. It was orderly n clean.n3. This gives the opportunity to interact n evangelise.

Placed an order for 9 identical pens yesterday with personalisation. Within 24 hours Mr. Shebaz Khan arranged the 9 pens with names engraved on them. Genuinely expected to take at least 3-4 working days, but somehow he managed it in 1 day. Product, packaging, personalisation, service and gift sets were amazing. Will definitely contact again for more pens.

The pic show my buy from the store, the location is just ahead of security check, toward left hand side on 3 rd floor of T2 Mumbai CSIA, the shop attendant is single in number so he has to look after all the customer there from front desk to bill desk.. But he is cordial enough to manage. The store is a not very big, but moderately sized with reasonable options.

Amazing service by Mr.Shehbaz Khan wonderful employee with great customer service. I just went in for window shopping but finally got a fountain pen. I saw him handle few guest and was impressed. Great store. Way to go Mr.Khan keep it up good luck.
