Beautiful terracota temple. You have to purchase online ticket from the official website of Archaeological Survey of India to visit this temple. Family friendly environment. A very beautiful place indeed.

Made of terracotta, some 600 yrs old, worth a visit. Road from Durgapur is good. Through jungles and countryside. Beware of getting lost as google may show some village routes

Shyamarai Temple situated at Bishnupur in the Indian state of West Bengal. The temple is famous for its rich architectural beauty. The square-shaped temple has its interior and exterior decorated with wonderful terracotta tiles. There are various pictures and carvings that depict the stories of Lord Krishna, as a cowherd, with the flute and the Gopis. The temple looks very beautiful. One of the most popular tourist attractions in Bishnupur.
