The place needs upgradation. It looks like a bhoot banglaw. One moderate intensity earthquake can bring the entire building down. For the sake of the people working in there I urge the government to look in to the matter very seriously as it is an extremely damaged building which needs repair. I hope government do something about this otherwise the life of people working in there may be at stake and will cost unnecessary expenses thereafter. Prevention is better than cure. Adios.
