Made several appointments in a year to get my cat sterilized but they never called. Same thing happened with the Veterinary hospital. Made appointments there since my cat was 1 and when i came to know of this clinic from a relative who had her cat fixed here, i had high hope because it was a private clinic and relieved because it was closer to my locality but i never got a call despite providing two working phone numbers. My cat has had a few miscarriages since then and i've decided not to wait anymore and get help somewhere else.
