They have decently good hairdressers, but bad customer service. I've visited this place four times a week but haven't received a haircut. They ask me to take an appointment. But they don't pick up calls. One of those days, they asked me to wait for an hour. While the 1 hour turned into two hours, some different customer came and got a haircut. As the time inched the 3 hour mark, I got up and asked when will I get a haircut, they tell me that it's not gonna happen today.nOverall, good salon. Bad customer support.

The receptionist needs to go through a retraining on how to talk to the clients. The hairdresser was laid back. Bad bad experience.
