Bad customer servicenThey keep your phones with them for an entire month and say that they're working on it when in fact their so called technician doesn't know what he's doing. Would suggest going to Guwahati insteadn0/5 in my opinion

Please avoid purchasing samsung phones. I bought a phone costing 1 lakh. It had major problems from the first day. The service center instead of replacing repaired it. You buy a phone the second day u need to take it to service centre & they repair it. So am I paying full for a refurbished phone

It's good but take too much time lack of mobike parts availability if parts not available have to place orders and might take 10 to 15 days to get it ready .

Good staff, great service , not that expensivenBut last time it takes 10 days to repair my samsung device just to replace the charging port n im quite disappointed
