Mawphlang David Scott Trail

Amazing for trekking. Take the whole day if you want to complete it. There are some shortcuts, which you can take without anything to be scared of. Can take a local guide just to be safe (1500 for one guide). Amazing scenery.

A nice gradual trail. Has a lot of scenic views around. Visit Suspension bridge and have fun around the river bank. Can be tracked by people not so physically fit. Best is go slow and keep a day exclusive for this. Enjoy Meghalaya.
