The CYLA Hall caters to the function needs of the town, as the Dokulha Hall is acoustically and aesthetically unpleasant. Parking is very less and hence has to disturb the neighborhood for every big function.

This Hall as the name goes by, belongs to Central Young Lai Association(CYLA) the biggest porminent non-profit non-governmental organisation in LADC jurisdictional area. It does serve many big local-level, block-level, dist.-level & State-level events.
