I'm a customer of BIC Services...I'm not belong to any similar business..I'm a employee of a IT company..I called BIC Services to clean my house before holi.But found BIC Service is one of the worst service provider I've ever got ..Too unprofessional/ unskilled people..Only expert in cheating and misleading..I've called them for deep cleaning of my house which is medium one.nThey have committed so many things at the beginning and charged Rs.5000/-...Took advance as well..When I asked for the bill , they said bill would be mailed to me...I was agreed with the price because they convinced me so well..But at the day of work / cleaning they were different ..They committed to come at 10.30am but came at 12.30 noon and that's after my several calls..The owner/ manager and just one labour came..The owner/ manager himself started doing work due to insufficient manpower with them..I find them quite unskilled..Not expert in cleaning..When I asked for my refund , they refused...Still I find lots of stains in the bathroom , windows are same dirty , dust everywhere ..When I told that to the owner and sent the photographs of stains in the bathroom , dirty windows ,floor and dirty stair case , he replied that's way of ther' cleaning..If I want more , I've to pay more..Then I received no call from them for recleaning or atleast they didn't apologize for the inconvenience caused to me....I've paid Rs.5000/- already...Finding no way next day I've hired a Labour from my locality and he cleaned my house and stair case more proper way in just Rs.450/-...Please be very careful while hiring BIC Services for deep cleaning of your house or any other services..They are going to cheat you for sure and you have to pay high price for that..Be aware of this cheater BIC Services at Bhubaneswar ....As everyone knows this kind of service providers don't provide bill or proof of payments..
