We are Civil Contractors D.N.D enterprises from mumbai and have quoted for one of their project in Chembur, mumbai.. Thet have asked for EMD amount of Rs 4.86 lakhs ,say 1% of tender value and we had given it.. But the work was not allocated to us..thts fine, but now since last 6 months they are not even returning my EMD amount of Rs 4.86 lakhs and not even responding to us.. The company have cheated us and done fraud..Now we are going legally as we have no other option left.. Any civil contractor or any other vendor pls make a note of this cheating done to us by this company and safeguard yourself from this company..
