Good place to stay. Good service. Great rooms and ambience. Good food. And perfect location. The front desk ladies are a little stiff, we expect them to be warmer.

This spa is within the Pall Heights hotel premise.nThey have quite well-trained therapists who are well-behaved and professional.nThe cost of therapies is quite steep. They should have discounts for atleast corporate clients from companies they have a tie-up with. This will ensure repeat visits thereby increasing their business too.

Pathetic spa specially the staff don't know the etiquette & manner. I took spa 4 times I was delayed for 5 min. Always for that it happened always some time they say the steam is not working , and tea and water was not offered. And the rates are hight, and spa services are poor. And staff to be given traning of etiquette and manner. ..
