Finally it inaugurated by Hon'ble CM Shri Naveen Patnaik on 5th March 2021. The building itself a Model Icon with beautifully architected and state-of-the art facilities. The infrastructure and facilities are built according to the models of Institute of Technical Education, Singapore; World Skills, Russia and Global Institute for Transfer Skill, South Korea. The most important facility is, there is a helipad on top of the building. Location is also very easy to access from any means of communication. If it functioned properly, no doubt Odisha will be no.1 in skill developments.
