The longe is very basic. The receptionist is helpful. The buffet service was closed due to covid and it was only a la carte menu. However the service was quick. The only problem is that it's located before the security check.

The lounge should be after security check. The description of the location is like that but actually it's before security and connected with arrival.nThis lounge does not except most of the Master and Visa cards.nPriority Pass and few Signature Visa cards are accepted.

its a 0 star lounge.One of the third class lounge someone can ever think off. The staffs are not interested in serving. basic items needs 30minutes to be prepared. They donot have even water bottles in the self. I had to wait 20 minutes for check in to the launge.You have to ask the to get a water bottle but the brand they carry is local brand. The staff behaviour is pathetic. Avoid at any cost.....I dont know the concept of this Launge before security check in.....Dont go and waste your lounge access limits....

I am very much disappointed with this Lounge.nn- The Lounge is before Security Check. So you won't know when you will miss the boarding.n- The waiters seems not interested to serve.n- Only limited specific Snacks like Sandwich, Upma, Aloo Paratha. And mind it , they are not readily available. You have to order, then they will take 20 minutes to prepare for a single item.n- The Quantity will be very less, so order 2-3 plates of your favourite dishes at a time, as only 2-3 item options are available :-)n- The buffet containers kept there would be mostly empty.n- No Fresh Juice or Canned Soft Drinks (Only Mazaa is there)n- Quite small. Max 10 people can sit at a time.n- I had 5 Lounge access credit cards. Only Diners work. VISA does not work at all.n(Mastercard selectively (HDFC Regalia Mastercard, Standard Chartered Mastercard didn't worked. But Yes Bank Prosperity EDGE worked)n- The Price is very High. If you don't have complimentary entry, It's completely useless to pay for pathetic service.nnAt least earlier 'May Fair' lounge was better.

They don't have tie-up with any airlines except Vistara-premium as on 10th Jan'2021. Hence, you can't access the lounge until and unless you want to pay them a hefty amount. The lounge is small in size and completely empty all the time. Not a single person want to avail their services, perhaps, may be, due to the exorbitant charges. Next time, I've to think of becoming a Vistara-premium member plus check for the credit cards which offer complimentary access. Happy enquiring ☺ufe0f!
